The following terms of service governs our agreement to provide you Blesta services to you as the customer.
It is important you read these in full and carefully.

By signing up with Blesta.Store and opening an account you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

References

In this Agreement, references to "this Agreement" are references to this Agreement together with any document referred to or incorporated herein; "Clauses" are references to clauses to this Agreement; "Persons" include a reference to anybody corporate, unincorporated association or partnership; the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; "Third Party" is a person who is not a party to this Agreement; references to a statute, statutory instrument, regulation, order or licence is a reference to that statute, statutory instrument, regulation, order or licence as substituted, varied or re-enacted from time to time, unless the context otherwise requires.


In this Agreement, Blesta.Store will be hereafter referred to as “BlestaStore” or "Provider".
BlestaStore is part of Atlanical and therefore Atlanical will be mentioned below.

Age Condition

You certify that by purchasing services on BlestaStore that you are are at least 16 years or older. If you are under 16, you should ensure that you have your parent or guardian’s permission before purchasing anything from BlestaStore. If BlestaStore finds out that you have abused this then you give us full rights to suspend or cancel your licenses and delete your account without notice.

Commencement of this Agreement

The agreement will only commence when we provide you a written confirmation of your order by email after the service has been activated. We can provide a written agreement by post for a small fee of £1.75*. * (This is to cover admin costs & 50p goes to the "Woodland Trust" charity No. 294344)

Payments

BlestaStore only accepts two currencies; Great British Pounds (£) & United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise stated on our website on a monthly calendar term unless purchasing a One-Time product / service.


All payments made to BlestaStore must be done by either "PayPal", "Square (Card payments on GBP invoices)", "GoCardless (On request)". All payments minus PayPal will show up on your statements as "Atlanical".


Failure to pay on or before the due date will result in a 15% late payment fee added to your invoice on top. Failure to pay will mean your invoice will be voided and your account will be suspended from new orders. You also allow us to add you to the FraudRecord database to allow other providers to see that you didn't pay your bills on time with us.


Any customer withdrawing payments via bank or another Payment Gateway (referred to as "chargeback") or a dispute, you agree BlestaStore has full permission to cancel the license & suspend the customer's account, a fine of £30* will be required to un-suspend the account. * (This to cover admin fees & £5 will go to the "Make a wish" charity No. 295672)

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be done via the client area by doing "Manage » Cancel Options » At end of term or Immediately". You agree that you will provide us four (4) day notice before your cancellation otherwise you agree to continue with us for an extra term. Failure to provide us notice you agree that you can be charged £5.00 cancellation fee.


BlestaStore does not provide refunds. We encourage users to sign up for the free trial of each products before you buy. If we haven't delivered a product or service as described we may issue a refund under the discretion of the management team on a per client basis. All credit payments & double payments are also non-refundable.


We reserve the right to cancel and/or suspend the Blesta licenses and/or your account at any time without prior notice if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement.

Customer information

You warrant that the contact information you provide us is correct at all times, and that you will update your information immediately, as required from time to time. You agree that if you are locked out of your account and can't provide us with correct information to re-gain access we can suspend access to your account and/or services.


BlestaStore will not be held responsible for any loss of communication due to the customer not providing accurate contact details. We can provide a written access pin by post for a small fee of £1.75*. * (This is to cover admin costs & 50p goes to the "Woodland Trust" charity No. 294344).

We reserve the right to email you with information about product offerings we believe may be of interest, or important information about your account and BlestaStore from time to time. You may unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time from the client area.

User Conduct

Everyone deserves to work in a safe and friendly environment and that includes our staff and customers, banter is fine but there is a line and if you cross the line or swear at our team or if a staff member swears at you this is not tolerated and action will be taken. Accounts will be cancelled and licenses suspended and staff members who are abusive will be dealt with in the business privately.

Resellers

BlestaStore allows you to resell services to your own customers however you agree that you are liable for all invoices on your account and provide us enough notice for cancellations. Thank you for reading, please grab your reward here.
